Welcome to Paladin Cards. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Contract Formation
A contract is only formed between us once we have processed your payment and dispatched your items. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock errors, pricing mistakes, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in GBP (£). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit/debit card information. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time prior to an order being confirmed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch "In Stock" items within [1-2] business days. Delivery dates are estimates. Paladin Cards is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to your provided address.
5. Pre-Orders
Pre-order items ship as close to the official release date as possible. If your order contains both "Pre-Order" and "In-Stock" items, the entire order will be held until all items are available to ship.
6. Returns and Cancellations
In accordance with UK law, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.
- Sealed Product: Must be unopened and in original factory shrink-wrap. We cannot accept returns on items where the seal is broken.
- Single Cards: Returns are only accepted if the item is incorrect or does not match the described condition.
7. Limitation of Liability
We sell sealed TCG products containing random contents. Paladin Cards is not responsible for the specific cards found inside sealed packs or market price fluctuations after purchase.
